Josh is the founder of Sold By Stokes and serves as the team leader and lead listing agent—if you're selling a home, he's your go-to. He guides the team with strategic planning, coaching, and support across all areas of the business. With an engineering background and experience in the oil and gas industry, Josh made the leap into real estate after moving back to Newfoundland in 2016. Outside of work, he's a proud husband, Dad and fur-father who loves hanging out at home and playing just about any sport.

Michelle is the co-owner of Sold By Stokes, leading the charge in client care, community collaboration, leadership, and all things social media. A former nurse with 10 years in healthcare, she brings a deep commitment to building trust and strong relationships—values that now guide her real estate career. Originally from Fogo Island, Michelle is a proud wife, mom, and ocean lover with a keen eye for fashion and beautiful home design. She works closely with the team to nurture meaningful connections with clients and community partners.

With no real estate background when she started, Tina learned quickly and now ensures every deal runs smoothly from contract to close—handling paperwork, coordinating with lawyers, agents, and more. She completed an Executive Office Administration program in 2012 and has worked in aviation, the federal government, and the City of St. John’s. Outside of work, Tina enjoys time at the trailer, beach days, and making memories with her husband, teens, and friends.
Tina Goodyear
Irene is a remote assistant with the Sold By Stokes team, working from the Philippines. She supports the team with day-to-day admin and marketing tasks, helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in remote real estate support and a love for staying organized, Irene plays a key role in keeping the team on track. Fun fact—she’s an avid traveler who loves exploring new places!
